• Dispatching: We share your name and pickup location with the driver assigned to your trip.

• Ride Updates: We use your phone number to call or text you regarding your taxi’s arrival and status.

• Customer Support: To resolve lost-and-found claims or feedback regarding your service.

4. Payment Processing & Financial Data

We do not collect or store your credit card information directly.

• Online Bookings: Payments made through our website are processed securely by PayPal. Your financial details are handled entirely by PayPal’s secure platform.

• In-Vehicle Payments: If you pay at the end of your ride, drivers may use Paypal or  independent payment terminals (such as Stripe or Square). These transactions are processed directly by the driver's merchant provider. Naperville Taxi, Inc. does not have access to your full credit card details during these transactions.

• Phone Bookings: We do not accept credit card information over the telephone. If you book via phone, you will pay the driver directly at the time of service.

5. SMS and Text Messaging

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive automated or manual text messages regarding your ride status.

• Opt-out: You can reply "STOP" to any message to unsubscribe. Please note that opting out may prevent you from receiving real-time updates on your taxi's location.
